Thank you for opening your heart to help others

Thank you so much for supporting cardiac patients just like me. There were so many instances where doctors, nurses, and other staff went above and beyond for me. I’ll share an example with you: as soon as I felt better after my surgery, I couldn’t wait to be able to wash my hair. Well, one of the nursing students heard me and said, “I’ll bring one of the girls in, and we’ll take care of that for you.” That compassion and care touched my heart and made all the difference.
