If you’ve already mailed your donation, we will process it as soon as it arrives. The date on your tax receipt will be based on the postmark date on your envelope, so there’s no need to worry about delays affecting your charitable receipt for this year.

The Canada Post disruption may delay delivery times, but rest assured, we will honour the date your gift was sent as indicated by the postmark on your envelope. If you're concerned, you can contact us to confirm your donation when regular mail operations resume.

Absolutely. You can donate securely online, by phone using a credit card, or by visiting our office in person at the hospital on Level 1. These options are fast and ensure your support reaches us without delay.

Once received and processed, all donations are issued tax receipts promptly. For mailed donations, the postmark date will determine the receipt date, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CRA guidelines.
