Caring from the Heart: Babysitting Course Fundraiser
Learn life-saving skills and support care that saves lives every day!
This November 29 and 30, kids ages 11 and up can join First Aid Medic’s Babysitting Class, organized by Rino and Laura from the New Brunswick Heart Centre team.
Participants will gain the confidence to care for younger children and receive a Babysitting Certification Card from First Aid Medic — all while supporting life-saving cardiac care at the New Brunswick Heart Centre, located within the Saint John Regional Hospital, the province’s only tertiary cardiac care centre.
Every registration helps ensure patients continue to receive exceptional heart care close to home.

- Dates: Choose your class — Saturday, November 29 or Sunday, November 30
- Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Location: Saint John Regional Hospital – Amphitheatre, Level 1
- Registration Fee: $75 per student
- Class Capacity: Up to 35 students per class
- Who Can Join: Ages 11 and up — perfect for new babysitters or anyone who wants to build confidence caring for younger children
- Included With Your Registration: Babysitting manual and certification card
Plus! There will be door prizes for both kids and parents throughout the event! - Items You Should Bring: a doll or stuffed animal, lunch, 2 snacks, water bottle
