Vito's Restaurant donated 100% of the proceeds from lasagna sales to help purchase a new heart-lung machine for the New Brunswick Heart Centre.

During open-heart surgery, these machines function as a patient's beating heart and breathing lungs. Our heart centre currently relies on access to four heart-lung machines, the oldest of which is approaching the end of its life cycle.

Lasagna Day wasn't just about tasty comfort food – it was about you helping your community and ensuring your friends, family, and neighbours can access life-saving equipment when they need it most!
