How It Works

  • Book your appointment
  • Once your appointment is booked, the Lutz Parish Gerrish team will contact you to guide you through the process and gather the necessary documentation.
  • Attend your appointment on January 17, 2025, to finalize the process. A minimum donation of $150 will be collected at this time, and you can make your gift by cash, card, or cheque.
